The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
PAYMENT + REFUND POLICY
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on https://theways2teach.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.
The Ways 2 Teach reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SERVICES
However, it is important to us that you are satisfied. If you encounter an error in any of our educational content, if your file is defective or if you do not receive the link to the digital product after purchase, please contact us immediately with your transaction/payment details so that we can make the necessary changes and deliver the product as soon as possible.
Copyright and Use of Digital Resources
All digital resources provided by The Ways 2 Teach, including but not limited to downloadable materials, lesson plans, and educational content, are protected by copyright law. These resources are intended solely for the individual and non-commercial use of the members of the purchaser's immediate family or students.
Under no circumstances may these digital resources be reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, or made available to the public without prior written consent from The Ways 2 Teach.
They are licensed exclusively for use at home, in the classroom or in an educational setting with the purchaser's students, in accordance with reasonable educational practices.
Educational institutions seeking to incorporate our digital resources into their curriculum on a wider scale, or any other entities wishing to distribute or utilize these resources beyond individual classroom use, must obtain express permission from The Ways 2 Teach.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our digital resources will be considered a breach of our copyright and subject to legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
PRIVATE TUTORING AND COACHING
- Lessons must be paid for in advance, either individually or as part of a package.
- If you are unable to attend a lesson, kindly notify us by e-mail at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Please be aware that our course schedules are frequently fully booked, and it may not always be possible to reschedule missed lessons at the same time.
- In the event of an unjustified absence, the missed lesson will be considered completed.
- If the teacher is absent, you will be promptly informed via email. The fee for the missed lesson will be deducted from the following month's schedule.
About the English and French lesson pack for teenagers
If a student frequently modifies their schedule, which can sometimes prevent them from meeting this requirement, we would like to clarify our policy for the benefit of all our students. To ensure fair service to everyone, we have established the following guidelines:
- After three schedule changes, lessons will be billed at the standard rate.
- We reserve the right to suspend lessons in cases of excessive alterations.
Please note that the offer of 4 lessons per month is designed to provide a financial benefit to students who commit to regular lessons. It cannot be used on a per-lesson basis, and lessons cannot be canceled at one's discretion.
